What sets Scanpan Impact apart from the rest is its thick, impact-bonded aluminium base, enveloped between two layers of high quality stainless steel. This not only provides an optimal distribution and retention of heat, but it also allows Impact to be used on all energy sources, including the illustrious induction.
The Impact collection also adopts stainless steel handles, which are double-riveted to each cookware piece so that they won't be wriggling free any time soon.
