Over the Top Royal Icing is an easy to use, professional quality blend that is milled in Australia. Simply add water to the royal icing mix and you're ready to decorate your cookies or cakes. Over the Top royal icing is gluten free, dairy free and nut free. Ideal for cake drip.

Usage instructions:
Combine 1/2 cup of Icing Mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water.
Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is achieved.
Add more water to thin icing or more power the thicken icing in 1/2 teaspoon increments.
